help why am I not losing..

I eat healthy 1200 cal a day, exercise 4 days a week.. And still nothing! What am I doing wrong?? I am 47 5'6 and just don't know what else to do to lose weight?? Help please!!

Ahhhh. Every time I see this now in the title, I know the answer before reading your question. Since no one answered, I'll reply. You're not eating enough. Look up your bmr and activity level on another website. I suggest looking into yourself so you develop an understanding of why you should eat more and I'm too lazy to type out. Sorry.

Like akelley23 said, you aren't eating enough. Unfortunately, a lot of people are under the impression that they will only lose weight if they eat the bare minimum and exercise a lot. Exercising as much as you do and eating as little as you are is going to make your body hold onto anything it can, and anything you lose would come back once you returned to a sustainable lifestyle.

Find out your BMR: I've been using this site to calculate mine - http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/

Don't eat below your BMR. Make sure you eat more depending on exercise.

It took me a year to figure this out but take a look at your sugar and carb intake. I was eating too much bread and carbs....cut most of it out and dropped another 5 lbs. Everyone's body has different sensitivities but give it a try and see what happens!
