I'm One of Those "Half Their Size" Chicks You See in Magazines

Quote  |  Reply

Okay, I'm not in anybody's magazine, but I am literally half the size I used to be. I started losing weight in late 2006. I weighed 320 pounds. As of today, I weigh 160 pounds. Doing the math, I've lost 160 pounds. I still have 10 more pounds to go until I'm done but, WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!

You are the perfect inspiration for my little black dress goal. You look absolutely stunning!

Congrats - that's an amazing accomplishment!!  Make sure you come back and share the magazine cover once you get discovered:)) Has your mind caught up with your body...do you feel so much smaller/see the difference yourself??

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I bet you feel fantastic!

Congratulations!!! As someone else said... you should be in a magazine!!!

makphl, my mind has definitely caught up with my body. yeah, i still have insecurities from time to time, but i no longer identify with my fat self. it feels like being 320 pounds was just a dream, like i never really lost all that weight. that's what's good about how long it's taking; i've had the time to learn how to eat, how to behave, how to think, feel, and cope.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
