I'd love to participate count me in!

Me, too!

what kind of measurements?

I would like to give it a try

I'm new to cc so I'm not really sure how this works but I'd like to join. I'd like to lose at least 30 before moving mid April
Bust waist and hip measurements, start weight, current weight, and goal weight for details. Everyone who responded is in. Is there any easy way to communicate back and forth or is this forum the best? Weigh-in once a week and a report of the successes and failures of the week and any helpful hints for others. Excited for all the motivation. Julie

Count me in too Since I have joined cc I have lost 4 pounds.

Today I weigh 177.0. All motivated to lose 30 lbs more by may.

YES! I am so ready for this! My name is Abby, I have already lost 50 lbs and gained 10 back. My ultimate goal is 150lbs and I am now 180 so this fits perfectly! It doesn't look like we have picked a weight in day yet, but I am a fan of Sunday weigh ins. I don't know my measurements but I will check them when I get home from work. I am so pumped, I know we can all reach our goals!

@Ezrod: I think they mean chest, waist, hip, anywhere that will indicate weight loss.

ok sorry i once measured neck, chest, waist, hips, biceps, thighs and calves,  I diddnt know for sure. It was amazing on some of the weeks you thought you were on a plateau you lost in measurments, keeps you going. through the plateaus.

Alright so lets start this sun with weigh in and measurements. Measurements monthly weight weekly. Success and failures for the week. I think for the next few days we just get to know everyone.

I am 30 and mother of 2 little kids. I work full-time. I hit my highest at 202, I lost to 179 and put back on a couple now at 187 and hoping to be 155. I am 5'9 " tall. At my lowest (probably 12 years ago) I was 139. I think 155 is manageable. Excited for the support.

I will be in sun am to post my weight, measurements, success and failures for the week. Looking forward to hearing from everyone. Julie

Sunday's sound good, I'm excited to start again with this app to help this time. I lost 50lbs last year and decided to take a break for the holidays and just kept putting it off, I'm pretty proud I was able to maintain the loss for so long but now that I'm moving in April and starting a new chapter I decided it was time to start again. while id love to reach my ultimate goal by then i would like to at least get down to 140lbs before I go

Would love to lose 30 lbs by may. For sure I'm in, just don't know how to communicate on here yet...
Excited to start tomorrow. Looking forward to hearing from everyone.

Didn't do great earlier this week but had my aha moment. Finally fully focused last two days and ready to go. No skipping the gym anymore!! Happy to be mentally fully on board. Ate fast food a few times this week which is likely why the weight increase. Frustrated but it is reality you can't see positive changes without positive effort. Julie Julie

This week was good eating wise, but not work out wise. I am too shy to join a gym and in the summertime that is fine theres plenty to do ( walk, swim, run around outside with my dogs and play soccer/basketball with kids i babysit ) but in the winter its so cold i lose my motivation to go outside and walk and those long video workouts are just so long (not to mention discouraging if you don't finish) so this morning i bought a new workout video that has a bunch of different 10minute workouts (from biggest loser) baby steps right.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
