Is it too late to join????
Me, taraji, never had a problem with weight until I got married 3yrs ago. The extra weight has triggered health issues and now I want it gone by my 50th (May 19)!! 34-34-42 :-(
I have been working out 5 days a week, but at the new year I will add a day so that I can meet my goal.
Would love motivational buddies!!!

Hi all! Is it too late to join? I'd love to participate, 30 lbs by May would be fab for me :)
I work full time, have two children ages 7 and 5. My husband works an opposite schedule of me and its so stressful. (he works 3 - midnight, I work 8-4) My CW is 189, my goal weight would be 155. I have yo yo'd my entire life but the weight finds a way of creeping back on. I exercise and track my food intake for awhile, and then something stressful comes up (a move, the holidays, etc) and I see it as an opportunity to jump off the wagon for awhile. I'm looking to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off. I hope that I can offer support to all of you - as it sounds like we are in the same boat with trying to live a healthier lifestyle :)

I so know about the exercise/food tracking for awhile and then falling off the wagon! I think this challenge will help me reach my goal. I wish you luck and will encourage you to "stay on the wagon" with me!!! ![]()
I've just joined CC and this is my very first post. I started my weight loss journey this past summer starting at just over 250lbs and am currently at 205 lbs. I try to find smaller goals to work towards along the way which this time it happens to be 30 lbs by my niece's wedding in may, so this is perfect. I'll add my measurements when I weigh in on Friday.

Ok so i lost no weight this week, but I have been working my bum off!
CW 195lbs
I am doing insanity and marathon training regularly, I just can't seem to get my eating in check with all the family visiting and old friends here for the holiday vacation.
My day starts out perfect with boiled egg and low fat yoghurt, tuna for lunch, then bomb it totally for dinner and top it off for dessert :S
The amount of calories don't pass 1500-1800 but i guess its the fact that the bulk of it is in the evening.
I would like to join you in your journey.
