[Closed]10-25lbs for Summer, Starting Apr 1st to Jul 1st [Motivation Group/Challenge]
This is part 2 of a weight loss challenge (the original was Spring Challenge). Summer challenge, April 1st - July 1st 10-25lbs. You can join new for this but some are returners :)
Start is April 1st but I am posting the thread for sign ups.
Guidelines:
-Beginners post (post anytime: before/during the start of the challenge (group will be closed to new people on the 2nd or 3rd of April)), 'start weight for the challenge/group', 'goal weight for the end of June/beginning of July'.
-Measurements are an option to post too.
-'Weigh in weekly' and update with any 'additional information' as you like (daily/weekly whenever)
-End post (optional), 're cap stats' and end with any additional information as you like.

I had a great week this week. I almost posted on friday when I hit 146. I thought, that's great, but Idont know if I can keep the loss by Sunday since I meet with my (not health-conscious) family for a potluck dinner every friday evening. I not only maintained the loss, but I lost another pound! Then yesterday,I ran 45 minutes without walking for the first time! I have two weeks till my race and now I think I may actually be able to do it.

I had an awesome week. Feeling so active and so good. I've lost more than 10lbs since my last weigh in. Today I burnt more than 3,368 calories during activities. Can you believe it?? I'm so in-love with my new body! :)

woah haven't checked in for a while. i had the stomach flu so i've been zoning out to some cartoons in bed. anyway, i'm feeling better and hoping to start fresh again tomorrow. hope you all had a better week than me :P

Wow, it seems that I got my whoosh!! I started CC 4 months ago today, on January 7, so I figured I'd weigh myself to see where I was at. I'm down 1.6 from Saturday, to 227.6 today!!! That means in 4 months, I've lost 19.4 lbs!!! I can't believe it!!!
Great job to everyone!! And hope you feel better soon, johodog...the stomach flu is miserable...

Somehow I managed to drop a pound during a week long vacation, so miracles can happen. I also managed to get my 5k time to 30:56 yesterday. Gonna try and knock another minute off that bad boy this month. Hope to be under 30:00 by June 1.
