Logging after a weekend...
So, I don't log much on weekends. Just not on the computer as much.
And I knew that I had kinda blown it a bit on the weekend. Eggs Benedict just looked so good...also, wine.
Sitting at my desk, I contemplated just leaving Calorie Count alone. I'm pretty happy with my weight right now, and with just a week of watching what I eat, my pants aren't as tight. They could be a bit looser still, but whatever.
Then I started logging the weekend, and thinking of little ways I could've changed it to be better. Nothing drastic, I didn't feel guilt at all, just a desire to do better.
I chose some goals. And I think I can actually do them! It really doesn't take much to get 30 mins physical activity, really.
So, long story short, I'm re-motivated now. Thanks, Calore Count!
Oh yeah, the other point of that post was supposed to be this:
Weight loss and healthy eating are constant struggles, not one-time battles. If we can pick ourselves up again, and keep on striving, the long-term benefits are immense.
I picked myself up again, and feel awesome. :D
