I am so frustrated. seems like I have been trying to lose this weight forever. I was so confused by BMR and how many calories to have each day, I consulted the online dietician, well I guess that was bad advice telling me to eat below my BMR...Now I am trying to stay on track and keep motivated, but its so hard when you don't see any results! I am just ready to give up (AGAIN!) Any good motivational tips out there? I know someone has to have felt my frustration at some point
Actually now that I track calories online I find it so much easier to lose, but wow do I ever lose slowly! Just think of it like math, calories in, fat on or off! How long have you been trying? Also, take your measurments that way sometimes you'll see a difference there before the scale.
