I am wearing a sleeveless shirt in public for the first time (I think) ever!  I've really been working out and although my arms aren't aren't totally in shape yet, I think they're presentable.  They're a tad pale but I don't care about that.  I'm just happy that they don't look like hams much anymore!  BTW, I've lost a total of 25 lbs.!!

Hurray!  Loving the mini goals!

Keep it going!

Sleeveless is one of my mini goals too!....like you, never been able to wear one.

Funny that you referred to them as hams - I knew a guy whose arms reminded me of hams and he always wore sleeveless shirts.  I guess he didn't have a mirror at home...

Congratulations on achieving this important goal and on your fabulous weight loss.

Great job , keep up the good work Cool

Yay for you!

awesome for you..... I have lost 33 pounds myself since January by eating better and working out on my wii fit plus...love the wii fit:)

I am very excited for you!  Congratulations.

That's so great!  Wearing sleeveless shirts confidently is one of my goals too.  So glad to see someone accomplish it!

Congrats!! :)

I too just wore probably my first sleeveless shirt in 5 years yesterday too!  And like you I'm thinking I'm not 100percent ready for it tone-wise.. but still it felt nice!!  Cept for the mosquito bites on my right shoulder blade!  lol

Their is hope for me whoopieeeeCool

Good for you! (And pale is very in right now) ;D keep it up!

Awesome! I know how that feels. I just bought shorts today for a trip to the beach this weekend because I'm finally comfortable enough with how I look in them to go out in public for the first time since well over a year and after losing 20ish lbs so far. I'm not quite feeling ready yet to go in a swimsuit yet on a crowded beach, that'll take another 10lbs at least lol.  Keep up the good work!

 Congrats to all of you!

I think you should wear a bathing suit. They make so many different styles these days...I know you could find one that is flattering.

It's no fun trying to swim in a big t shirt and shorts!

I just love the vintage styles, and I think they're awesome for anyone looking to sort of smooth certain areas. My Mom has a belly..all her weight is there, and we found her a great one that helps minimize that little problem area.

It's a 1 piece vintage style (got it brand new though) that goes a bit low on the hips and has a sort of sash type pattern over the middle. It deflects the attention from the belly, and the look is overall very good. It's also not going anywhere should she jump into the water, so that helps, too.

Just sayin..they make something for everyone = )

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
