This is my 32nd day of dieting and I have lost 11 pounds! And this is despite the fact that I have slipped up quite a bit, and the fact that right now I can't really exercise due to bad ankles and a back injury. I hope to exercise when I lose a little more. I just feel like I have reached a milestone of some sort, even though I have something like 136 pounds to go until I reach my goal. But we all have to start somewhere, right?

I already feel better - "lighter" in mood and mass. People tell me that I am looking good. My clothes feel looser. I feel really empowered right now! So here is to over a month of my first successful diet, and the last one that I will ever need!

Good for you - you're doing this the healthy way and it will last you a lifetime.
So I went on this virtual website and plugged in my body type and what I actually weigh. It was very accurate. Then I put in my target weight, and it looks amazing! I hope that I will look like that! It is very motivational. I'm gonna keep those two pictures on my profile to remind myself of why I am doing this! To be healthy and feel better (physically and about myself).

It does seem like a long road ahead, and maybe it is, but don't ever let that stop you. It gets better as time goes on. Yes, there are obstacles, but you learn to deal with them as they come.

In the end, the good feeling is everlasting, because once you're as thin as you want to be, you will have more confidence. You will be able to wear pretty much anything you want.

Most importantly, have fun with it. And everytime you reach a goal, treat yourself! Not with food, I mean, but totally go out and have a lot of fun.

thanks schala! I found it and created a model! I'm just not sure which body type I am .. I'm kind of in between types I guess!
