Hey everyone, I just wanted to share this little event...because I actually feel great with myself!
Yesterday I was irritated with some things and with work, and I went to the cafeteria and bought a little bag of Maltesers. I even said to the lady overthere "so many calories for a small thing like this!" and she giggled. It's about 184 calories per bag.
So I came back to the office and put them in my desk...and I looked at them...then I put them back in my bag and when I got home, my brother was watching some soccer game (World Cup) and I threw him the Maltesers and said "Now make them go away. Eat it!" and he was all happy saying "How I love you counting your calories :D " (he's thin and works out, so no problem for him).
This is the first time EVER I resist to some stupid candy craving and I wanted to share this because some time ago, I would buy the Maltesers and eat it with no guilt at all...as I would think to myself "I spent the money on this, now its my duty to eat it"...
if there's anyone else out there struggling with this, WE CAN DO IT!
rachnroll, awesome idea i love it!! i could definitely afford to get my hair done every 6-8 weeks if i put all my junk food money into a jar instead... something to really consider
