I'm so far away from my goal that I often wonder if it's realistic. I really want to try to get down to 130. I've decided to reevaluate if I ever actually reach 140. Baby steps.
Couldn't go to the gym today, so I have no idea what I weigh. I think I'm a little too dependant on the scale b/c it really bothers me that I don't know what I weigh. (I don't have a reliable scale at home - maybe it's time to make a purchase)
Had a good eating day yesterday though - didn't go overboard and got a lot of excercise.
Just had to brag a little. Forgive me.

well i was 156 2 days ago and now this morning im 158. i think its because of the candy i ate at the movies. now that i think of it i really didnt want it. that sucks.
but im going to attempt to run. im trying to losing 7 more lbs(now 9) by sept 14. i hate running but i need to shock my body.

Well, I am right at 160 and I've been there the last year or so. Today is the first day of the second week of my diet (Day 8). I haven't seen any movement on the scale except yesterday I was actually at about 158! My goal weight is 145, but I've got a ways to go 'til i hit that 140 mark.
Let's do this!

I finally made it into the 150 club!!! Right now, I'm fluctuating between 155 - 159lbs.
It's probably not a great idea that I weigh myself every other morning. I'm just stoked to be out from the 160-165lb range that I've been living with for the past 5 years.
This board seemed so quiet so I didn't post on it as I didn't think anyone was reading. Well done on joining the club. Megalomi I have been dreaming of joining this club but like you have been in the 160 club for most of last year and this year.
I did dip into the 150s a couple of weeks ago, but then last week went back into the 160s after a weekend of fine dining and staying at a fab hotel in the Ukraine. I wanted a while before posting.
I'm looking forward to seeing us all head into the 140's club.
My target weight is 122 lbs so I have quite a way to go too!

I weighed in this am at 157.5 lbs. Going in the right direction, slowly but surely.
I can't exercise at the moment as have acute tendonitis of the achilles heel. Been told to rest with my leg in the air for a couple of weeks.
Hope the weight doesn't creep back on.

I've pretty much maintained at 152-153 this week, and hope to get to my goal weight of 110lbs (my weight before child). Aunt Flo decided to stop in this week, so water retention maybe the cause of just hanging out in this weight range.
I hope your foot heals up!

Just getting back on track after a little over a year of steady gain...much due to significant life changes all around. Now that I'm finally getting settled again though.. it's time to get back to 130..156 at the moment. I just wanted to say hello to anyone out there who's reading!
