Hi guys. Seems like I'm a long time member of this club. Everytime I get below 150, it's like I get comfortable and fall off the bandwagon. So I'm starting this post so hopefully by the end of the summer we can all be members of the 140 club! Good Luck all.

Glad to help delevarnu.

I'm so far away from my goal that I often wonder if it's realistic. I really want to try to get down to 130. I've decided to reevaluate if I ever actually reach 140. Baby steps.

Couldn't go to the gym today, so I have no idea what I weigh. I think I'm a little too dependant on the scale b/c it really bothers me that I don't know what I weigh. (I don't have a reliable scale at home - maybe it's time to make a purchase)

Had a good eating day yesterday though - didn't go overboard and got a lot of excercise.
I am officially a part of this club - for a few weeks anyway.  156 this morning.  Let's hear from others.
Hello...I'm just peeking in.  I've been 159.5 a couple days, but still seeing 160 too.   Should be in 150 club by Monday.   I've really been trying this time.   Just keeping a consistent exercise time seems to help.  That, and my husband is out of town : )   No cooking, and I can concentrate...no easy excuse.   
hi there i am a bit lost about how to join this club but im 158-156 and am struggling to lose.. i wana be around the 145-140 range! i guess ill just read your posts and see what happens lol xx
There are a couple differnt threads here for the 150's club.. Im also in the 150's too.. I want to be around that same range too! Good luck!
I'm 157.5 lbs.  I'll be in this group for a while. I loose weight too fast.  I'm not sure how to gradually lose it.

I have been at 155 for about 6 months now. I fluctuate between 160 to 155. Never below :o( Hopefully I can break the barrier this week! Is anyone else doing a low carb diet still?

Hello everyone. Doing pretty well today. I forgot to mention in my journal that the last time I went to the Dr. their scale said I had lost around 8 pounds. That felt so validating!!

Just had to brag a little. Forgive me.
FINALLY I'm here. Weighed in at 159.8 this morning, hoping it won't shoot up back into the 160's tomorrow with water weight or anything. I started in the 200's, so I feel really good having gotten this far; my goal for the end of the summer/start of school is 150, and I'm hoping to maintain at 140-145.

i've been looking for this group but couldnt find it.

well i was 156 2 days ago and now this morning im 158. i think its because of the candy i ate at the movies. now that i think of it i really didnt want it. that sucks.

but im going to attempt to run. im trying to losing 7 more lbs(now 9) by sept 14. i hate running but i need to shock my body.

Well, I am right at 160 and I've been there the last year or so. Today is the first day of the second week of my diet (Day 8). I haven't seen any movement on the scale except yesterday I was actually at about 158! My goal weight is 145, but I've got a ways to go 'til i hit that 140 mark.

I finally made it into the 150 club!!!  Right now, I'm fluctuating between 155 - 159lbs.

It's probably not a great idea that I weigh myself every other morning.  I'm just stoked to be out from the 160-165lb range that I've been living with for the past 5 years.

This board seemed so quiet so I didn't post on it as I didn't think anyone was reading.  Well done on joining the club.  Megalomi I have been dreaming of joining this club but like you have been in the 160 club for most of last year and this year. 

I did dip into the 150s a couple of weeks ago, but then last week went back into the 160s after a weekend of fine dining and staying at a fab hotel in the Ukraine.  I wanted a while before posting. 

I'm looking forward to seeing us all head into the 140's club. 

My target weight is 122 lbs so I have quite a way to go too!

It's gone dead quiet on this board again.  Is anyone out there?

I weighed in this am at 157.5 lbs.  Going in the right direction, slowly but surely. 

I can't exercise at the moment as have acute tendonitis of the achilles heel.  Been told to rest with my leg in the air for a couple of weeks. 

Hope the weight doesn't creep back on.

Hi Pod!

 I've pretty much maintained at 152-153 this week, and hope to get to my goal weight of 110lbs (my weight before child).  Aunt Flo decided to stop in this week, so water retention maybe the cause of just hanging out in this weight range.

 

I hope your foot heals up!

Hi all..

Just getting back on track after a little over a year of steady gain...much due to significant life changes all around.  Now that I'm finally getting settled again though.. it's time to get back to 130..156 at the moment.  I just wanted to say hello to anyone out there who's reading!
