Need extra help and support? Join me in the battle to lose those pounds! No goal weights for this group…just a determination to lose. Post your weigh-in on THURSDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY!!!YOU CHOOSE!!

GET INVOLVED!!!  Each Sunday we will be presenting a mini-challenge for all participants to take part in. You might have to post your favorite snack under 100 calories or tell everyone the nicest compliment you have recieved so far.  Message me with your ideas and recieve honorable mention as the week's BIGGEST SCHMOOZER!

This group is all about keeping that postitive attitude throughout your journey. It doesn't matter if you are just starting out or are maintaining, everyone needs someone to lean on now and then. So SCHMOOZE & LOSE with your friends and stay motivated!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  1. This is our 3rd S&L group. 89 people signed up for S&L II and about 25 finished it. There is no reason to drop out! It's a support group and there is no reason to feel ashamed if you're having a hard time! Don't give up! We're all fighting the same fight!
  2. I update the weigh-ins on Sunday afternoons. Late weigh-ins are accepted but may not be added until the following Sunday.
  3. The scales can be our biggest critic. If you're not up to posting your weight on certain weeks, that's fine. This is all about staying motivated. 
  4. Mini-challenges will be posted on Sunday. We hope that everyone will take part, but if you don't, there is no pressure. We're here to support you on this journey.
  5. Feel free to use this group as a place to express yourself -  fears, frustrations, worries, goals, triumphs, successes. We are here to support and motivate one another, whether you're doing great or struggling.

Perfect timing.  I just gained 5 pounds this week after losing last week finally.  I have lost a total of 8 pounds and it has taken 3 months.  I said to myself this morning.  Okay, look at what you did the week you lost and do it again.  No fooliing around.  Get serious!

I  believe this group will help me stay on track and stop rationalizing why I can eat so many exceptions to the plan.  Looking forward to September 3.

Welcome fellow Schmoozer!

Ok, I'm in!  I have started one of these before and after the first weigh in I stopped....so maybe I'm hoping for two weigh in's this time. haha.  I lost almost 10lbs from this site and then I gained it all back.  I have my wedding to plan for and I'm not losing weight for the wedding, just losing weight because I want to...well, plus where I live I don't have any place that seems to have my size in a wedding dress that I like.  So I figure I better get slimmer if I want a certain dress (of course if it doesn't happen, I'll still be ok with whatever!) lol. 

My wedding is in February so I bet I could lose up to about 30-40lbs??

I'm ready!  Er . . . I'm still ready!  :)

I am definitely in.  This falls exactly with my first goal date.  Started this eating plan only 19 days ago, starting weight 182, current weight 178 175 goal weight by the end of this plan is 168 165.

 

 

I'd like to join! Ive really been struggling with motivation and consistency recently and cannot seem to get below 175lbs! Im hoping to eventually get to 140, so have a lot of work to do...!

I had a few different challenges that I was a part of last month so at times it got a little hectic to track.  I really feel like this was the best one, and I want to come back again!!!  I will be back to post my weight on the 5th.  Looking forward to losing with you all!!!

Sounds great - count me in.  I really struggle with staying motivated and being consistent.  This challenge sounds like it will help a lot.

I'm in!!  I have lost a little over 17 pounds since May and have about 8 to go, I need to stay on track over the next couple months to make sure I get there.

 Hey, just the thing I needed. Count me in. I need the motivation to lose some serious weight before I go home in December. So far I have lost 18 lbs and have at least another 20 lbs to go.

I'm in....I am really struggling with keeping motivated...hopefully this is just the push I need!!!
