Silly Motivational Diet Sayings

As we merrily move forward on this exciting diet / weight loss / eating healthier / new lifestyle journey, I find that I am spending more and more time talking to myself, trying to stay encouraged and motivated. (Hmmm.... I just admitted in public that I talk to myself, great ....) Sometimes I am repeating things I've heard elsewhere, or sometimes I just make up my own SILLY SAYINGS! In case I'm not alone in doing this, I thought I would see if anyone else has any other motivational diet "Silly Sayings" that they wanted to share.

(It's ok to share non-silly sayings, too ....)

"With your diet, don't dawdle -- if you don't want to waddle!"

"Bigger snacks means bigger slacks"

"It's better to laugh or to giggle, than to eat more and jiggle!"

I saw one (not too silly, though) on another thread yesterday.  I can't find it today (of course) so I cannot give due credit where it goes, but I liked it.  Especially great for stress-eaters.

If hunger is not the problem, then food is not the solution.

Stella, Ive horrible memory and do that all the time!  Sometimes I remember enough to find it in the search engine.  Too funny pam, and Molly as well  heehee.

its on a magnet my friends fridge, think it sums up the snacking problem

Fun!!! Loving them all! Especially Eat, Shrink and be Merry! Who wants a thin Christmas??!?!?!? I do I do!!!!
So now every time I open the fridge, I will think "eat wise and drop a size". Hopefully I will grab something healthy or nothing at all ! 

I now have post it notes with funny sayings ALL over the front of my fridge!

Sorry, this isn't a funny one but sometimes I tell myself, "I have the power!". There is only me that can lose my weight and I know I am physically capable of doing it - I just need to remind my mind of willpower.
