Anyone interested in joining a group to get skinnier by summertime. I know I have 15 pounds to lose and I cant seem to find the motivation to stay out of the kitchen at night .
So, weigh in every Tuesday. ANYTIME anyone is having an urge to binge or eat more than allowed, we can vent about it here. That is my biggest problem. I do well all day long, every day and then around 8pm I decide to eat whatever I want. ugh! anyone else have that problem?

I missed one workout last week and ate too much junk on the weekend.
Tonight I had troubles in the kitchen as food kept going in my mouth as I was putting to dog outside before bed.
I will be done Insanity tomorrow and starting with weights on Thursday.
Goal this week is the same as always. Workout 5 times and don't binge on the weekend.

At least you are loosing. That is great, it seems that I am staying the same. guess have to exercise more and cut some calories.
On wednesdays I eat dinner around 945 becuase I have a bunch of fitness classes right after work, like 2-3 hours worth. Its actually not good for your body to go to sleep completely hungry, in fact when I do I feel sick when I wake up or have a hard time sleeping. I tend to keep it super light though. Half a chiabata bun with avacado and goat cheese last night! MmmMmMm
i am seriously late on joining this, but i'm off to barbados on june 30th so means i've got a little longer to lose my remaining 11lbs by then, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE! ideally under 125 by my birthday on the june 15th but we will see!

Woah, I am in, too! I need to lose 10-15 pounds - though that's not going to happen by June, alas! - and fight binging!
Goal #1: no more binges. Ever.
Goal #2: stick to my doctor's diet at least until Friday.
Goal #3: lose 6cm around my hips, and 5 around my waist.
I lost about 25 pounds last year (went from 170 to 145, size 11/12 to size 5/6, loosely following the Dukan diet. I loved how I looked. I bought new clothes & ditched the 'fat' clothes. But over the winter, I started to put the pounds back on. I tried following the Dukan again, but ended up in a destructive cycle of dieting & binging (especially carbs!) and watched in horror as my weight climbed back up to almost where I started! I'm changing tactics entirely & hope that eating a healthy, well balanced diet that includes lots of fresh produce & whole grains, while counting calories (what a great site, by the way) will be the ticket.

Goal this week: 1200 calories per day to jump-start the weight loss, with some kind of daily physical activity!
ghhaaa... Work brunch cost me all the calories allowed for the day even if I did not binge and had no bagels, made my red velvet about 5mm wide, and had 1/3 of a danish rather than the whole thing. And it's not even 3 PM and I have another meeting with pizza tonight! Where will I find the motivation not to have anything else all day, and work out at the gym? :(
