Wierd Store Experience
Today I went to my fav store - clothes for larger ladies. I used to take a size 28, but I've lost 50lb so knew i needed a smaller size! I tried a 22 to big. A 20 to big. A 18 yipee things fit! Shop assistant thought I was crazy I was laughing so much in the changing room!! I then went to a "normal" shop !! Have nt been in one for years - loads of choice and I bought "regular" size clothes for the first time in years!
Sometimes there is more to life than the scales !
ps got snowed out of my house yesterday and i walked 1km home up a steep hill ... could nt have done that a year ago!
So motivated to lose the next 28lb. Thank you calorie count x

just wait till you are out of plus size... that is such an awesome feeling. It takes getting use to though. Its been a year and a half since I crossed over to the regular side of the store and I still find myself wanting to go twards plus to look for a size 24 but I have to stop myself and say... what are you doing your a size 8 now!
