Hello everyone! M not new to the website but the membership is new

M 21 yrs old weighing 116lbs and 168 cm tall My problem isn't actually loosing weight specifically I use to have this problem when i was a growing teen but with alot of reading and implenting the reading(abt healthy measured eating,raising activity level n exercises) i got over that Alhumdulillah

But but BUT :D I slipped a lil in maintaing things

My weight recently peaked at 120 lbs n i flag marched towards the practical Approach of going thiner or as we call it leaner again Coz i use to be 114 -118 lbs but i never had a small bulk over my pants which is the most guilty look for me

I know spot reduction is impractical so i've setup a daily workout routine 1hr to 1.25 (including 20 min of warming up and the rest of the time side planks lots of aerobics,crunches etc and streching in the very end) everyday including random walks thrice or twice a week of 30 min M caloric intake is around 1800 to 2100 max N my daily routine is like the keep moving ppl

(IF ANYBODY KNOWN FINDS A FAULT IN MY ROUTINE THEY MAY FREELY LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT,pls)

I JUST LOVE the thought of looking like keira nightley but i am not built of that sort so i m happy with if i reach 110 lbs min. :)
