My name is Nichole, you can call me Cola. I'm the proud mother of one amazing, beautiful and intelligent little girl. She is almost 2 and I am still carrying my baby weight around. I haven't been terribly motivated to lose weight because I feel "normal". I need to lose 50lbs to get to my pre-baby weight. I'd like to lose 70 to get to my own personal ideal weight. I know the bmi charts say i should weigh between 125 and 145, that probably will never happen for me. Even in high school when i was a trim athletic cheerleader I weighed 160 even though I didn't look it. I am 28 years old 5'6" and currently weigh 230lbs. Positive reinforcement is my greatest motivator. From what I have seen of this app I will get plenty of encouragement. Let's GO!
