Hi I'm new here I'm 14 years old and I'm trying to loose 20 pound this summer, Im 5'1" and i weigh 132 pounds now. I used to be fit when was in america but then I moved to Qatar about a year, a country in Asia, and i stopped playing sports so i gained weight. I hope to loose the weight but its hard to going running because it is extremely hot in Qatar. I could really use some advice on how to get statted because I have never had a problem with my weight before I moved here. Thanks everyone :)

try doing some indoor dance excercise it is fun and it works well especially for young people. i do zumba :) and dont focus so much on weight loss focus more on healthy eating and being fit!
