I'm needing to lose I'd say a good 30 pounds and I don't eat the best but I'm pretty active but I need a someone to stick close with an check in and help one another out atleast untill we reach our goals thanks ahead of time

hey super sean! My name is Kim and im new at this too. I need to lose about 30 lbs as well so we can stick together through this until we lose the pounds. Are you working out at all? let me know. Then i will let you know what Im doing

You can do this, for one thing you is a Man and for some reason they can get the weight off faster than a Woman...I have quite alot to lose, have lost 45 in the last year, but Now I am buckling down and getting rid of all sabatogers and thinking of me self for once first..You can do this and if you mess up on one day then get back on track the next..Wendy

Good luck to you! What to watch for in this crazy world of our food is Fast Food, Soda (yes even so called diet soda)., chips, and your daily intake of sodium and sugar. Log everything, exercise if you can, even if it's just walking a couple miles every day. You will lose! I do recommend staying away from processed foods and work on going organic, especially the veggies and meats.

I'd love to have an accountability partner! :D 

Yup, I have set up my kitchen to not have any processed food..and my daughter who love's her chips and does not have a weight problem has to take them to her room so I don't see them..But chips are not my down fall, sugar is and I have eliminated that and switch to truvia which I love by the way, Been eating alot of fruits and Veggies and only eat Turkey, Fish, and Chicken.  I just cannot wait til this weight is off...Thanks for the support.  Wendy

Hi! I'm Amanda! I started this about a week ago, and I'm looking to loose around 30 more pounds too. Motivation is pretty much key in all of this; eating the right foods and going to exercise. So this summer I'm definitely looking for people to keep me in check with making the healthiest choices and motivating me to work out and I'll definitely do the same! :)

Race to the finish line I got 45 to go and 45 days left I like to have a Bech body just have something and the end of the tunnel to look forward to seems to help me stay away from the bad foods
