Hello everyone. I've been on here for a few weeks but just got around to introducing myself. I think a part of the delay was I asn't sure I'd stick it out. But I have. On my own. And now I'm ready to interact :) The other part was probably shame. Shame that it has actually come to this for me. To admit that my weight was..is on the edge  of being a problem if it hasn't been in less obvious ways already.

Hi there! My name is Heather, I am married to a great guy; we have one kid together and I have a step son.

I have a difficult relationship with food. I was an overweight child and when I hit high school well, we'll just say teenagers can be cruel. Between 9th and 10th grade I lost nearly 50 lbs. Sounds awesome, but I was anorexic. I am 5'3 and got down to 100 lbs. I developed ulcers, IBS, and acid reflux because of my eating disorder. Through a lot of hard work I began to eat healthy again and got back to a healthy weight.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I gained 60 lbs (eek) and only lost about 20 of it in the next 2 years. Finally I got motivated and started eating better and working out and lost 30 more and was back in my size 7s! Although I almost slipped back into my old habits which is NOT good.

I have recently gained back almost all of it. *sigh* I want to lose 22 lbs (at least) by Jan 1st. I am planning 30 minute work outs everyday and cutting back on calories. I have to be careful, but I think I can do it!

My husband trys to take care of them most of the time for me and I handle laundry. We are a good team. 15. How did you find Calorie Count? My husband found it after we purchased bikes to begin exercising more. 16. Anything Else You'd Like To Share? Hello. I am exited to begin this, I have always been the girl who was never severly obese but however not in shape either. I am ready to take the leap of faith with this counting tool. Wish me luck.

Hi! My name is Norma. I am female 31 married with 3 boys. My fave color is green. I don't have many hobbies. But I do like to fish and go camping, knit and crochet, read. I am a SRNA and work at a nursing home here in Kentucky and I love it! I am going to college in hopes of getting into the RN program :) I get off track eating healthy quite a bit. I don't exercise much and I really need to because it helps you feel better and relieves stress. So I'd like to make some friends on here I'm not sure tho where to add people or search them to support or get supporters. Can someone help me with that?

Heya! Just got this this morning. I'm only 16 but feel fat, I can't wear clothes like my friends :,( going to try cutting wheat from my diet and not eating after 7pm! I would appreciate any tips anyone might have

16. Anything Else You'd Like To Share? I have been dieting off and on for my whole life. I lost 80 lbs on WW but did not keep if off because I did not learn to eat correctly. I have started eating correctly and eat healthy foods. My excercise was non existant but now I am doing some exercise at least twice a week. I like to walk in the woods and to bike. I have cronic migraines almost 4 times a week.
