Just cut down on the fat intake, not the wheat. Whole grains are good for your body. And decrease the toatl number of calories you take in throughout the day.

And don't try to keep up with your friends, like who YOU are for YOU!!

12. Biggest Obstacle to Getting Healthy? I think it would have to be the time and patience. I have to remember that getting healthy won't happen in an instant. It will take a while!

I am a 57 year old female who has lee myself go with bad eating habits for awhile now I did gain some weight over the past year and made it a priority to eat right this summer and exercise in a more regular basis since I am off work from mid June until late August In the past I did weight watchers for about 4 years in a row from January until Aoril to take ok the weight that I gained after I gained it back by September I have been diligent this summer to change eating habits and exercise 2 to 4 times a week I have lost 3 and a half pounds since the last week in June so far I am new to calorie count app and have really taken it more seriously by charting my calories everyday now for the 6th day in a row It has helped me to make better choices and incorporate all the food groups into my daily allowance of calories and be so much more aware of caloric values I hope to stick with it an let it be a life style that I will continue once I get down to my goal weight I am glad that there are apps out there that can be do helpful and very user friendly
Hi my name is Jenita and I'm on the road to success of achieving my weight goal of 150...As of right now I weigh 260...On the 24th of last month my weight was 276...I lost 17lbs on a clear liquidation diet...For the next 2 mos im going to tey and stick to a high protein diet amd exercise 3hrs a day...

15. How did you find Calorie Count?: I can't even remember!  I found it a couple of months ago and downloaded the app and never used it (I'm not sure what I was searching for)  Then I got serious about losing weight and decided to check it out

Anything Else You'd Like To Share? : I love the support you can get and give on this site.   I also feel that logging my food has made me so aware of what I'm eating (obviously)  I've realized that things I eat/drink every day are SO many calories and I never even had a clue!  I am finding that it's not as hard as I thought to substitute healthier options.

I had a large chest so exercise was out of question til September 2011 (had a breast reduction). I have a huge belly flab and don't know how to get rude of it :( help???

25-just turned 25 and realizing im getting older not younger!;) No kids -my dog is my kid and my job and my bf consume all of my time it feels! Lol but thats no excuse to neglect my diet and my health...today is a better day than ever to get started in the right direction! I'm ready.
