It's been a year and a half since I had my daughter. I lost quite a bit after I had her and I'm seriously stuck at the same number for about a year. I have 3 back injuries so it makes it hard to do a lot w out hurting and not being able to function. I am just at a loss on what I am doing wrong or should be doing. I rarely drink soda. And I've been watching what I eat. I've given up before but I really want to be healthy for my daughter and back. Anything will be helpful :)

Try eating 5 small healthy meals everyday, this speeds up your metabolism, also you can go to Bodyrock.tv they have 20 min excersises and you can see what you can do with your bad back, and if you can't then try to walk more, anything is better then nothing but remember to stay active and eat healthy, Also if you can try doing not only cardio but try to build muscle this also helps speed up metabolism, and don't do long periods of cardio this is bad!! You'll loose muscle which leads to your metabolism slowing down, a lot of professional trainers like the guy from insanity (which is what I do) say that interval training is the best way to loose fat, I hope this helps and good luck (:
