Hey there,

I am 29 and I need to loose some weight. As I am madly in love with chocolate and most other sweet temptations :) I could need some support and encouragement.

Hi, I'm 18. I'm around 5'2 fts, with around 146lbs. I was aiming for 100lbs at least. I would be more than willing to be your buddy, if you're interested :). Good luck in dieting.
Hi, I'm 26. From Michigan female. I'm on the journey to lose roughly 50lbs. I'm 220 now. It's a loooonng journey. I battle the ups and downs and snack cravings from a busy schedule.... We can partner up and see our motivation soar us to a better less us :-D

Hey there, I would love to partner up.

I am somewhat becoming an expert in ups and downs. Wink And I could need someone to share ideas, thoughts and motivations with.

I am from Wisconsin btw. I was 165lbs and am on my route to 140lbs. That might not seem to be so much, but  for me a goal very far away right now.

Hope you are having a good day and hope to hear from you again. Smile

Chocolate is my weakness as well.  I've been trying to cut back because I think it's stalling me.  It doesn't help that my fiance loves to keep chocolate bars in the house.  I'd love to buddy up as well.  Maybe we can encourage each other to stay away from the chocolate.Laughing

Chocolate is one of life's great treasures. Weight watchers fudge bars at 100 calories are a great option.

I would recommend making chocolate a reward for something simple at first. Sprint 100 yards, chocolate. Next day, adhere to a strict diet, eat a snickers the next day. If you change your perspective so that chocolate is a reward versus something you fell terrible about, you'll change your behavior and likely see great results without having to give up something so good:) make sense?

I guess you are somewhat right. If you make a reward for dieting/ working out. Like, I cant have any chocolate if I havent been working out. But when I work out I can reward myself with a chocolate bar.

You know, so far I used it to comfort myself. Whenever I had stress or felt a bit blue I ate chocolate. It made me feel better. I am trying not to do that anymore, but it is not so easy... since the stressfull days are still there.

I am trying to use workouts though now to reduce the stress.

In any case I have to reduce the amount of chocolate I am eating. I stopped buying the maxi packs, but bought just one bar, even though that is more expensive. But without any chocolate.... that is not an option. :)
