Starting Again

I haverejoined this site, because what I need now is a simple way of getting what I have eaten and what I have been doing to move more and hopefully lose 25-30 pounds in the next four months--Husband and I are taking a 48-yeat, marriage, and his reaching 70 trip to Branson Missouri and want to be able to move better and have a grand time.

My goal is to start moving more and get in gear. Nancy
