This morning as I was getting dressed, I picked up my jeans(size 24)...and I thought to myself...I DO
NOT WANT TO BE FAT ANYMORE....So I made a promise to myself..from this day forward...I am going to loose weight....I ran across this app first thing when I got on my cell..so to me, that was I sign I can do it....so any advice would be wonderful...I want to make today the beginning of a new me....
