I'm getting bored with my music on my iPod and need some great workout music...what get's you going?? I don't need new songs any songs from the 80s,90s, and now would be great!!
My favorite right now is Rihanna's 'SOS'...
Phil Collins & Phillip Bailey - Easy Lover
yah u kno u can't resist it
Alice Cooper-Poison.
Daft Punk's "Touch it/Technologic" - live. It puts me into an insane zone where I can't do anything but push myself harder.
Prodegy/Enya's MTV mash up of "Smack my Btch Up" and "Orinoco Flow"
I second Alice Cooper's "Poison" I also like Groove Coverage's Cover of it, I like the female vocalist better for some reason.
AtoC's "All Aound The World"
Basically anything that I can trick my body into thinking its dancing to and not just running to, because I find dancing a lot more fun than jogging, and it makes the run a whole lot more psychologically pleasant.
Clearly Mortal Kombat from the Mortal Kombat OST
. But seriously songs from the 80's like Live to Win by Paul Stanley, the Final Countdown or Take one Me have made it on my list, but I find they don't give me the kick I need when I'm doing some serious running. I end up listening to some techno-ish jpop since they have much higher bpm's.
I'd have to say right now it's a tie between Thriller by Michael Jackson and Rebirth by Skillet
Eye of the Tiger by Jourey, Work It by Missy Elliot, Supermodel by Taylor Dane, Walk this Way by Aerosmith, Think or Respect by Aretha Franklin, Ants Marching by Dave Matthews, Zak and Sara by Ben Folds, Lady Marmalade (original or moulin rouge), Virtual Insanity by Jamiroquai....I think this list will never end!! Hope I was a good help! :-)
Dropkick Murphys - Workers Song.
Pogues - Boys from County Hell
Screeching Weasel - My Brain Hurts and Hey Suburbia
Hang Tough: Tesla from The Great Radio Controversy
I have a bunch of one hour playlists for my daily run and this is the last song on every playlist.

If you like Nickleback you should check out the bands Dimefront and Quarterside... oh and Pennyrear is REALLY good!
I enjoy techno music and of course the 90's dance music like "pump it up", I don't know the artist off hand. That really gives me the extra boost I need.
Sometimes though I love to dance around my house to ballet music like Chopin and Tchaikovsky, Copland and Ravel. I pretend to be on stage and amazing.
anything by static-x
also agnostic front
:)

You mean "Pump It Up" by Joe Budden. That was released in 2003... def not 90's dance music. It is also considered my many who follow him to be his worst release ever... poor guy got dropped from Def Jam afterwards too.
Besides that, there's lots of Pearl Jam, The Hives, Kaiser Chiefs, Offspring & Michael Jackson (I love to hear "Beat It" when I'm working out!)
For running: Catch My Breath by Capsule
For lifting: Straight to Video (Birthday Massacre remix) by Mindless Self Indulgence
