Besides all the compliments from people about you looking healthier& better!! (All it took was 56 lbs) Don't you guys just feel so much better. Like right now I FEEL GREAT!!! I eat healthy do some work out, and my life is following my "food life". Just something I had to throw out...

Yup , feels amazing. I was also quite surprised at how much physically better I felt after only about a 10 pound drop. I could breath better and generally felt more limber.
I agree!! I've only lost 10lbs and still have another 20lbs to lose to get to a healthy weight of 150lbs, ideal my long term goal is 140lbs but aslong as im 150lbs by the time i go on holiday in Sept ill work on the last 10lbs when I get back.
But i feel great! I now have muscles where I never knew I could have muscles lol! My tights are alot more muscley (sp?) my arms are more defined and well my bum, I love it!! My bum iss sooo much smaller now I cant believe it, my boyfriend keeps commenting on it, saying how he can get one cheek in one of his hands now lol... My clothes now fit better with some being too baggy on my now
and its great!! I cant weight to get into the 160's lbs zone!
