another great source for balancing diet
hi everyone,
a couple days i found another website
http://www.nutrimirror.com/food.php
i found the graphs/bars very easy to read and it helped me make sure i was getting all the nutrients i need. it also shows you how much you got just from food vs. how much you got from food+supplements.
i was afraid of not getting enough protien or iron, as i don't deliberately try to replace meat in my meals per say. i am exceeding my minimum requirements however, mainly from vegetables.
only thing i'm struggling with is getting enough fats and keeping my carb ratio down.
also trying to get my daily calcium without supplements. only at 85% from foods alone.
