Hello everyone. My name is Luis. I'm new to the forum but not new to forums. I'm a huge car guy and i'm all over the car forums. I'm 5'6 and currently weight 135lbs. I'm trying to reach or surpass my best weight of 158 lbs. I have been thin for the most part of my life. I was at 112lbs at my worse. Thats when i worked one full time job and 2 part time. I have a very fast metabolism. Its hard for me to gain weight especially when i'm not training nor eating right. I'm looking to learn how to get on a steady schedule so i can get to my goal again. I lost 30lbs in Iraq when i served back in 2003. I came back home at 128lbs. As you can see i've only gain 7 lbs since then. I'm looking forward to learning more and meeting some new friends. Thanks for the welcome.

Welcome to CC+, Luis.  Take a few minutes and glance over The Unofficial Guide to Calorie Count Plus -- it may answer questions you didn't even know you had.  Hopefully, through the tools and the support of the membership you will be able to make your goals.

If you wish to do a bio/profile: Go to Community --> People. Right below your picture, you will see edit page. Select that and you will be able to change your profile.
