I am 19 5'8 136 pounds. I know i am not fat but all of my weight is on my lower stomach, hips and thighs which makes me look loose and overweight. I have lost about 50 pounds over the past year just dieting. My skin is a little loose but it is mostly fat that i want to get rid of. I am now vegan and eat very healthy (1200-1300) and i want to know if i do intervals on treadmill for 4 days a week/45 min will i be able to lose weight and tone up by August 20?????????

anyone????

Try dry brushing, that'll tighten up your loose skin as you obviously had lost a lot of weight (50 lbs).

Okay, I will ask....what is dry brushing?

You need to add weight training in an intensity cycled circuit.  It will help you get toned my adding lean body tissue while burning fat because of the cardiovascular effect.  In essence you kill two birds with one stone.  Here is a routine you can try.  Sorry I don't know how to make it a link, so you're gonna have to cut and paste.

Hey,

Toning = lower weights and higher reps.
Circuit training helps to tone as well.

I have the same problem as you (carry my weight on the bottom half) but I am over weight right nowand trying to get back in to my ideal weight of 140-150lb. So I hired a trainer recently and  weight training really helps to tone and also try a scult class I find those classes really "hurt" and you feel much more tighter after one class.

Hope that helps.

 It's explained here, http://www.naturalhealthtechniques.com/Healin gTechniques/Dry_Brushing_Technique.htm

But the specific program I use is T-Tapp's CRT skin tightening system, you can check it out at www.t-tapp.com.
