help!i been eating more than 5000calories for 5 days this week..yesterday,its 9.5k calories..grrr..i'm so stuck.,.i haven't had my periods since april and i been uping my calories and gaining weight but it still hasnt comes yet..sigh..what should i do..
It takes time to gain and lose weight. I don't know if eating 5000 calories is your answer, though.
Besides that, give it a couple of weeks of increased calories before you can expect to gain weight. And it may take even longer for your period to return, but if you get to a healthy weight and stay there...it should come back eventually.
what!!is that so?!that you gain weight after a few weeks?!!then,that means,in 1-2 more weeks i gonna be 57kg again?!or maybe 60?!!man,i thought that the weight gain happens every week cause if people can lose weight every week then the weight gain can happens too..
i want to start diet again..i would not exceed 1500 calories starting tomorrow..i must get to 50kg........

i just meant it takes time to gain weight. 1-2 pounds a week kinda slow.
