help!i been eating more than 5000calories for 5 days this week..yesterday,its 9.5k calories..grrr..i'm so stuck.,.i haven't had my periods since april and i been uping my calories and gaining weight but it still hasnt comes yet..sigh..what should i do..

It takes time to gain and lose weight. I don't know if eating 5000 calories is your answer, though.

Besides that, give it a couple of weeks of increased calories before you can expect to gain weight. And it may take even longer for your period to return, but if you get to a healthy weight and stay there...it should come back eventually.

what!!is that so?!that you gain weight after a few weeks?!!then,that means,in 1-2 more weeks i gonna be 57kg again?!or maybe 60?!!man,i thought that the weight gain happens every week cause if people can lose weight every week then the weight gain can happens too..Cryi want to start diet again..i would not exceed 1500 calories starting tomorrow..i must get to 50kg........

i just meant it takes time to gain weight. 1-2 pounds a week kinda slow.

Yeah I hadn't had my period for like 2 years. This past week I started eating like 1800-2000 cals a day ( new addiction to cereal ugh) from my regular 1200 cals and voila...my period appeared. However everyone is different. I just read a thread about how a woman's period reappears when she eats a little less.
