I did!! I'm up several pounds on the scale this morning after I was down yesterday, but that's alright because it's mainly water and undigested food weight, it will balance out before I know it and so will yours. So, even if you ate 3500 or 7000 calories over your maintenance calories and you expected to gain a pound, maybe 2, but the scale says you gained 5 or 10 lbs, you didn't -- the scale is lying! Stay low on sodium for the next week and you'll be back to normal in no time at all.
Well, I thought I overate yesterday, I had a ton of junk and unhealthy stuff, but my calories only went over my limit by 105 so I could care less about that. I haven't weighed since Saturday...I go somewhere else to get an accurate weight, and I only go every few days because I don't want to see the scale going up and down, up and down. I want to FEEL that darn weight coming off of my body not the scale, if ya know what i mean. ![]()

Definitely! The scale is just a number.
I really thought I fell off of the wagon, but actually I didn't eat enough, just to much junk food and I felt it. If I could just stay focused on the healthy end result. So on weigh in I will see if it helped or hurt. I agree I don't wanna FEEL the weight come off I wanna see the pants saggin![]()
