Well, that's what the CC database says - but keep in mind it's specifically for a 1.2 g almond.  I'm pretty sure that almonds vary in size. 

Why did you need to double check?

Almonds are a great source of "good" fat. remember that 1g of fat = 9cals.  Olive oil is also high in fat and is 40cals per tsp! Both items are very healthy and can be a great part of your diet in moderation.

No no I'm pleased!

I didn't think you would be able to get an individual count for them (I am not going to eat 100 grams or even a cup, I just want them as a little snack through the day to help up my fats and protein, plus I find them really filling) and I was just happy to see them, cc is so great!
