How do you want to divide the calories up - I do three meals and two or three snacks, so mine looks something like this:

Breakfast: 300 calories
Morning snack: 150 calories
Lunch: 300 calories
Afternoon snack: 200 calories
Dinner: 400 calories

Today's breakfast was an egg white omelette with veggie sausage, tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella cheese, with coffee - Just under three hundred (milk in the coffee) - 286 calories.

morning snack - peach, wasa light n crisp crackers and a laughing cow spreadable swiss - 170 calories.

Yeah I have to snack because I get hungry about every two hours. That sounds like a great break down

Thanks so much

My day today:

Breakfast - 1 Kashi blueberry waffle with 1 oz philadelphia light cream cheese, 1/2 red apple, 12 grapes, 1 hard boiled egg - 302 calories

Snack - cup full caffeine coffee with splenda and light creamer, handful raw almonds/walunts - 150 calories

Lunch - Salad with lean chicken breast cubes, romaine lettuce, mixed organic greens, 1/2 oz sharp shredded lowfat cheddar, dried cranberries and 80 grams raspberry vinaigrette dressing - 350 calories

Snack - banana with handful honey roasted soynuts (14 grams) - 170 calories

Dinner - whole wheat wrap with rare roast beef, 1 oz provolone cheese, sliced tomatoes, raw baby spinach, sliced green, red, yellow peppers, yellow mustard - 400 calories

Snack (if needed) - 2 cups air popped popcorn with dusting (1 tsp) of cinnamon or cayenne pepper (any spice will work) - 70 calories

I tend to mix it up a lot, but that is my day today.  There are LOTS of options when you plan it out in advance.  Oatmeal is another favorite of mine for breakfast (even the instant kind).  This is a low-veggie day for me, too...usually have lots more.  Hope this helps you!
