Hi I am a 47 yr old mother of 3 boys 25, 23, and a 5 yr old. I put on a topic in the weight loss forum, before I seen this forum. Learning about this place. Hoping to find some friends who also have to lose 50lbs or more. Right now I am experiencing the big hunger. Trying to find foods that fill that hunger spot and I do for a little while and then I am hungry again. My doctor told me that I have to experience the hunger till I lose the weight. Not liking this part very well. Maybe some of you out there are going through the same thing. Got any advice on what to do?

I have those same hunger pains but there are ways to get around them. Try drinking lots of water. It fills your stomach well.
There are lots of tools to help you on this site. The biggest hurdle is the exercise. You have to use more calories than you put in your mouth. It's hard but there is a lot of support on this site.
