Hello All...
I'm new here. I'm so glad I came across this website. I'm now totally committed to losing the weight I need to lose. I have been battling with the "I'll start on Monday" excuses for the past 5 or 6 months... have had a gym membership for almost a year - but have been there less than 10 times... I woke up this morning on a mission... not caring that it wasn't 'Monday'...
I am 30, mother of 4 (9, 6, 4, and 2), am 5'1 and weigh 170 lb. Using the tools on this site, I have worked out my daily caloric intake to be 1650 - I started a workout regimen today too. I 'want' to get to 120 lb. Losing 50 lb by March 1st is reasonable according to this site's standards.
This is my first shot at REALLY getting into a diet/excercise routine - with CC being at the helm... to you avid CC'ers, do my numbers seem right? ... doable? ...etc.?
Everyone's support, thoughts and opinions are welcome and very much appreciated...
