Soooo, I just realized I eat way tooooo much

It's about 1:30 am...and I've begun to realize I'm a complete fat A.

After thinking about what I actually have eaten, this is what I've come up with.

1 tofurkey sandwich with mozzarella chesse and mustard on wheat bread

1 bagel-ful

a fun sized: kit kat, milky-way. and crunch bar

a thing of philadelphia rolls

4 crackers with hummus...

PLUS

2 bottles of water

a medium coffee with cream and LOTS of sugar

a Chi Chi at Galaxies (and I added tons of my own vodka)

a vodka and Cranberry...

SO am I a fatty or what?

OH YEA, I'm still hungry, and still working on my vodka and cranberry GEESH I'm a mess.

I don't think there's any reason to talk about yourself so negatively and perjoratively.  OK, so you've eaten too much, drunk too much and your choices weren't all that healthy.... that's just a statement of fact.  If you're overweight, that's another fact.  Doing yourself down doesn't add anything useful to the picture, really.

If you want to tackle both you're now in a better position to do so because you know the starting point and you can see where to make the improvements.... assuming you want to, of course! LOL!

So what's the next step?
just read your profile your a 112lb college student. youre supposed to eat crap occassionally, hardly an issue.

For some odd reason the word "fatty" gets under my skin so badly.

really? no way, it's my fav!

I don't think you are a fatty at all!

In fact I eat sooo much more than you, so don't worry Embarassed Haha. I guess you should just watch the junk food.. since I usually eat really healthy stuff (except for when it comes to dessert!)

It doesn't seem like you eat a lot in volumes of food, just calories.  Seriously, would a vegetable or two hurt?

I preferr the word "fluffy"  lol

Or just plain fat. Fatty reminds me of grade school kids between the ages of 5 to maybe 10 and mockery, not college kids.

Fatty reminds me of being awesome.

I actually do eat a lot of vegetables. When I work certain shifts and go out afterwards....I sort of..eat terribly.

I really just wanted to appoligize for my drunken rant.

"I also just realized i'm not very interesting."

that part in your about me made me laugh. hahahahaha

MOM- I will second your statement!!!!!

Hearing the word fatty makes me want to seriously harm ...... I was harassed the entire time I was pregnant with my now 11 month old twins, by my "ex" bestfriend- She would call me fatty...rather scream fatty at any chance.

The word is disgusting, and I know this is support and such, but in this case, the word fatty describing a 112 lb beautiful lady is absolutely disgusting. In all honesty, and with my background in education, if this thought is sincere, please look into talking with a professional. Otherwise, your feelings, although yours, really could hurt others who are actually "fat".

Just a heads up from a relatively level headed mom of 3, college student, and overweight individual.

OMG!  I think one of my legs weighs more than you do!!!  You're not fat, hon.  You could make better choices, but you're not fat unless you're under 3 feet tall.

Haha, alright...I guess I'll apologize to those of you who took offense to my use of the word "fatty" during my rant.  Apparently I'm very insensitive.

Seriously though, I don't consider myself fat, I was just upset with my eating habits for the day. I'm just a lil pudgey is all.
