Hi Everyone,
I am new to CC and counting calories in general. Here is some background info, I am 5'1 and now 118 pounds (EEEEK) live in NYC. My whole life untill the past 8 months i have consistently weight 102-103. I now work in Fashion in the corporate offices so i sit on my butt all day long, combined with eating out with my boyfriend every night i gained about 15 pounds!!! I am looking to get down back to 102 by Novemeber 21, our one year anniversary trip in Mexico. I need some help and motivation.
I am currently training with a trainer 2 times a week at my gym, and doing cardio three other times a week. I HATE cardio though. My life is SUPER busy, work weekday from 9-7 and go out almost everynight. i now only go out to eat once or twice a week and cook the other night (huge improvement over eating out at resturants EVERYNIGHT, nyc food is amazing
).
Anyone here have the same goal of losing 15 pounds but have a super busy lifestyle??
Any tips or pointers?

I'm 27 and looking to lose 15 pounds by November too. My lifestyle is not always condusive to working out and I don't have access to a gym. I usually run or bike when the weather is nice or do workout videos and weight training in my apartment when I can't go outside. I typically workout 4-5 times per week.
I'm pretty new to CC. I've only been a member for 1 week, but it has made a HUGE difference in my eating habits. I feel accountable for what I'm eating and it forces me to make healthier choices. I am 5'8 and 165 pounds. I'd like to try and get down to 150 pounds. My lowest weight, back in college, was 138, but I think a healthy weight for me is between 145-150.
How has everything been going for you? Do you feel like you've made progress?
