ahhh its my birthday right so my mum bought me this icecream that was organic n was all healthy blah blah
the pack was like 250mL and i shared it with her, so i had half right. and then i looked at the nutrition info AFTERWARDS and it said there were 2 servings per thing and each serve was 616 calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOWWWWWWWWWW? it was barely any icecream at all and it said it was 96% fat free. and it tasted like ice kind of. not really like iceCREAM. pls help me? does anyone think that the information could be wrong??????
Maybe because they overdid it on the sugar after taking out the fat? Hence the more ice-y taste than the cream. But I've never heard of 600 cals in 125 mL o.O;
but it didnt even taste that sugaryy!!!!!!!!!!! i cant believe it
I ATE 600 CALORIES IN TWO LIL SCOOPS OF ICECREAMMMMMMM
i feel so horrible
Are you sure that it wasn't in Kilojoules rather than calories?
616 kJ is about 125cals, which if it was 96% fat free sounds alot more likely. Perhaps you should check the package again.
If it was 600cal, it isn't the end of the world, certainly isn't worth feeling horrible about. Just treat it as a lesson to read the packets BEFORE you eat.
wellll...happy birthdayyy :D
If I was you I wouldn't even worry about it. I mean you should treat yourself on your birthday anyway? Don't let foood control your mood. Just start over again tomorrow, and you'll be fine!
DUDE! Its your birthday! Who cares about the calories in your ice cream???!
Well at least now you know so you wont get it again. If youre really that upset about it, go for a run or something.
I think Jane is right. I don't think it is actually counting calories. My banana split ice cream sandwiches only have 180 calories and thats with full fat and sugar. The measurement has to be in kj not calories
