I think 12 weeks = 15 pounds here?

15 pounds would be awesome -- that sounds like a good goal for me too!

15 lbs would be fantastic!

25 for me would be fantastic and achievable.

I would love to lose 24 during the 12 weeks.  I am at a plateau (for a few weeks now) but I have been losing an average of 2.4 lbs per week since June.

Green is good.....and I am sorry to say that I have been the same for 3 months or longer now...but I sat down and went over everything in my life and I am ready to start fresh

Green team is good.. :-)  I hope to loose at least 15 pounds in the 12 weeks but hoping for closer to 20 pounds.  I recently got a personal trainer so that should help with more productive exercise and nutrition.

As for how much I hope to lose - I'll be happy with whatever I lose since I have a LOT to get to my goal.

I like the "Green Team" name! I like it because to me, Green = GO! as someone already pointed out :) and also because its a good reminder of all the green leafy veggies we should be eating!

I'm at 161.5, and I am hoping to lose 12 -15 pounds over the next 12 weeks. Wow. That would be great!
