Jello Pudding snacks revelation

Quote  |  Reply
I love sugar free jello pudding snacks, especially the chocolate vanilla swirl ones. And even though they have no sugar, and are low in calories, I was mortified to read the list of ingredients and discover that the little cups contained, small as it may be, traces of trans fats in them! ARG! Normally I wouldn't think too much of it, but studies have shown that even small traces of transfats can cause harm. So, does anyone know any pudding snack brands that are low in calories and do NOT contain transfats? I was thinking of maybe switching to sugar free gelatin cups...

and yes, I know, well why don't I eat a piece of fruit instead? to be honest with you, I eat so much fruit and veggies as it is, I need something different! sometimes fruit just can't hinder a craving, if you know what I mean....

Ah dang!  I love those sugar free jello pudding cups.  I like the double chocolate... and only 60 calories! Kelly
thanks anyway! but It sucks doesn't it, about the pudding snacks? They taste sooo good, and they really hit the spot if you are like me and crave chocolate on a daily basis!

I read that too. Weird. But nearly everything made by Kraft wouldn't be considered healthy.

Does that go for the jello instant sf/ff pudding too?
I don't know which would be worse, the artificial sweetener or the trans fat! Unless you have a health issue to prevent you from eating sugar, I would go for the fat free ones with sugar, because I am a firm believer that sugar is more natural than artificial sweeteners and is probably better for you.

Maybe try homemade?
