Also:

-Whole wheat pita bread
-Boca burgers (so delicious, I almost like them better than real hamburgers)
-Cereal and skim milk
-Bananas
-Canned pumpkin (I love to make a concoction like pumpkin pie filling and eat it in pita bread for breakfast)
-Diet Coke (yeah, yeah, not "healthy", but I've tried giving it up before... not pretty.)
-Rice
-Pasta
-nuts

That's all I can think of for now that I would seriously go crazy without.
Oatmeal, lentils, peanut butter, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, veggies, beans, fruits...
Beef, lamb, chicken, eggs, oats, brown rice, natural PB, carrots, hummus.
POPCORN POPCORN POPCORN!!!!!
You know, three months ago I would've said cottage cheese with diced tomatoes, but seeing as I haven't had that since October, I'm going to have to say I can survive without my favourites.
hmmm...any kind of low cal whole wheat cereal, like fiber one. also, dannon light n' fit yogurt is a must for me.

First choices; (eat at least once a day)

Smart balance peanut butter

Smart balance buttery spread

Whole grain english muffins (from Trader Joe's)

Any and all nutritious whole grain cereals (as long as no artificial sweetners)

Oh yeah coffee and teas

Second Choices (eat through the week)

Miltons Multi grain bread (just high in cals though,  sooooo good but only eat when I can afford the cals, toast)

Oh no, after listing all that, now I'm hungry, but already had my proper intake for the day.  Ginger tea time, then bed.

yes, yes, how could I forget soy milk here too, plain, vanilla, chocolate, love it in my cereal, and anything you would put reg milk in, or just a large ice cold glass.  Yummmm

Soy milk tastes like liquified flour to me. Perhaps I'm only trying the disgusting brands..

total 0% fage, oatmeal, egg whites, carrots.

sunkissedbliss -- try 8th continent light original(or vanilla!) soymilk, because i know what you mean.
