I actually joined because I had a food log that I was writing down by hand, then I came across this website. I am so happy that I found something to help control my eating. See, I am really good at the exercise part (just seeing how far I can push my body really helps boost my self esteem. But for the eating... I can't help it. So now it's time for a new beginning!
So if anyone (old or young) would like to be buddies with me, then feel free to chat! ^_^

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
