I just joined yesterday! yay! (>^^)>

I actually joined because I had a food log that I was writing down by hand, then I came across this website. I am so happy that I found something to help control my eating. See, I am really good at the exercise part (just seeing how far I can push my body really helps boost my self esteem. But for the eating... I can't help it. So now it's time for a new beginning!

So if anyone (old or young) would like to be buddies with me, then feel free to chat! ^_^

And also, I am part of the LBGTQ community, so you can show your pride here, as well!

Edit: My starting weight on here is 315 pounds, and my goal is 144 pounds by

welcome ! congrats on choosing to start the new year off by eating more healthy meals ! i'm veronica, and fairly new here myself.  i love it here, and i'm sure you will too !

ha! i use to do the same thing :] i use to keep a journal by hand in my little note book that i would take with me every where in my purse :P this website is quite convenient, huh?

Why Create an Account?
