mine is Carmen Electra's strip tease DVDs...but haven't tried many others :)
would love to know what everyone else loves!
turbo jam!
I have three - I can't really choose which one I like the best:
Turbo Jam, Tae Bo Fat Blasting Cardio, and Rodney Yee Total body workout (power yoga).
TURBO JAM - for cardio and core work
JARI LOVE'S GET RIPPED! DVD SERIES - for light weight/high rep training
Turbo Jam, for sure.
And Quick Fix - Total Mix.
I just got Jari Love's GET RIPPED, and it kicks my butt!
I love the Tae Bo Cardio also. It's challenging if you're first starting out, but it really makes you sweat. Most times I see a difference on the scale after a single workout -- kinda insane!
Oh wow! Everyone seems crazy for Turbo Jam but I haven't seen it in any shops over here. I have to have it!
Oh, my favourite is Ministry of Sound's Pump It Up (Original)
I've been doing the TransFIRMation system (by The Firm) in addition to my standard cardio/weights routine at my local gym.
I really enjoy it - nice combo of weights and cardio in a 45-55 min set of DVDs. Reminds me of the Body Works classes I used to take at my gym in Atlanta which I've had trouble finding here. I like doing it on days where work doesn't allow me enough time to get to the gym!
Carmen Eectra workout out only cd 2 though! The others are too easy! I also do the hatha yoga on Fit tv on cable.
The FIRM!!!!!!!!!!! I lost 40 pounds after having my first child- and I did just that. Well diet as well. I loved how it combines cardio and strenght training and the fanny lifter is that bomb!!!
P90X is the best by far...
I love power 90, it also is a 2 disc set..1 day cardio the other strength. It really does help with toning...not so much with weight loss, but it definitely helped tone my arms and tummy
