I believe so.  Keeps your body guessing as to what's going on

Some believe it helps to fend off a plateau!

I just looked at it online, seems interesteing.  Anyone know what you have to do?  Dont want to spend the money and purchase it.

Don't have to purchase it, its all about calorie shifting. Basically you figure out how many calories you need in order to lose weight than multiply that by 7 (for the week). That's the magic number ya need in order to start calorie shifting, and just make sure at the end of the week you end up with that magic number lol. When you do this, your metabolism has no chance of getting use to a diet (which means no plateaus!). Ive been doing this and it works like a charm! Just eat as healthy as you can, exercise, and drink plenty of water with it and you'll lose weight in no time :)

I did it. It totally did not work for me at all. I gained a pound, actually. Not every diet works for everybody, but I do think that the calorie shifting idea may work for some.

I did it, and I lost...I think it was 2 lbs in about 5 days.

I found it really, really hard to stick to. You can eat as much as you want, but it's basically the same stuff over and over. For example, one meal would be turkey. You could eat as much as you want, but you couldn't make it a sandwich or something. I really didn't like that. I think my weight loss had more to do with my not wanting to eat at all if all I could have was ten lbs of turkey, or some cashews, or milk. I just need more variety than they offer, but it did work for a few people I know. Good Luck
