Hi Aiden - I'm Kim. Welcome aboard. This is my first week. Truthfully, your post made me sad. I hope you're okay. You can lose weight in a healthy way - think of it as fueling your body so it will perform at it's best - that's the way I'm thinking of it. I've put on a lot of weight over the past few years and have finally decided to do this for me - the one thing I know I can control. I've gone through those times of refusing to eat, losing weight quickly and feeling lousy, real lousy all the time. I put on a lot of weight in the last year as iv been pretty stressed out with exams and stuff. anyway... I used to be really skinny so this extra weight is driving me crazy.. i started using calorie count and already have lost weight.. so i think its great!! hope it can help you too!!
