Around 170.
Wants to loose 30-ish pounds?
If you are around my height and my weight, what is your goal weight?
last year around this time, that was me!!! 170lbs and 5'7"! I'm now at 146lbs and wanting to go down to 135. I have big boobs (34D's) too. I want to lose more, but for now, i'm sticking to 135. And plateauing sucks!!! I've hit a plateau and can't get off it. but I know its from stress, so no biggie.. cept it sucking... Yay us! What do you do to lose it?
Oh! and my medicine for my fibromyalgia makes me gain weight, so i have to fight that alot :(
Wow you guys. Congrats on loosing so much weight, you should be so proud of yourselves; you both look amazing.
See, I want to be around 146 and what I do is, my breakfast is Special K, my lunch is probably just a normal meal but low in fat and calories, and then my dinner is like a salad; if you reverse that my salad could be my lunch and my dinner could be the meal - that's usually how it works. And if I have the need to snack it's usually on trail mix bars or low fat yogurts.
And then I have my hour where I work out and stuff.
What did you do to loose it? =]
you'll laugh. i eat pretty much fast food everyday, but i ensure that what i'm eating is low in calories (ie - breakfast jack from jack in the box,. 290 calories) and drink about a gallon of arizona green tea a day. i also walk 3 miles a day, play ddr (dance dance revolution) and thats it. i indulge in soda a few times a week, no alcohol. i know if i took a more hardcore approach to losing weight, it would just melt off, but i dont want to bounce back right after i start eating regular food again. hence why my diet hasn't changed much. the walking i like doing anyway cause it destresses me after a long day at work, so that id ont mind keeping up with! its how i became uberly skinny back in high school, its gonna work this time.. yay me, and yay us!
Ahaha. That is funny. xD I'm not really sure that the way I workout will help me loose weight though, because to be honest it's really nothing compared to walking three miles... but if I did my calculations correctly I still usually have a deficit ranging from 500-700 which will assure me loosing at least one pound a week. In the summer I'll be much more active though, but now I'm caught up with school work and such, so I can't really walk around a lot. But like I said - congrats. [:
