Weight Loss

Well I went shopping yesterday and while I was at Old Navy I thought what the heck, I'll try on a pair of jeans (I've never been able to buy jeans from there) well THEY FIT!!!! I've never been a size 18 before (not that I can remember anyways) I'm so proud of myself.  Although they do up without sucking in my tummy seems to hang over a bit more then in my "too loose" jeans.  So it makes me feel very self conscious again :( like people are staring at my tummy.  but I'm just so proud of myself that they fit and I will work to get them to look like my "too loose" jeans.  Just wanted to share :)

that is wonderful!  I love Old Navy Jeans...the first time I got a great fit!

That little overhanging tummy will go away soon enough. Then you'll be ready for the next smallest size; which may coincidentally bring another overhanging belly :D Point being, don't fret about the little lip of belly, it goes away.

Awesome.....dosen't it feel great??? I went from a size 20 down to my current size which is 12/14.....I haven't been this little since 2002.

Isn't it nice to have *Fun* shopping? I used to get so frustrated -- nothing in my size I liked, etc. etc. So much fun to button up the last button and turn around and think "whoop, there it is! I look hot!" *grin*

Wooohoooo ! ! ! Congratulations! You must be on top of the world. Just being able to shop at a “regular” store was SUCH a big deal for me too! I went from a size 22-24 to a 12-14….but the first time I was able to walk into a “regular” store and pull something off the rack was TRULY the best feeling on earth. WAY TO GO! And keep going – you’re doing great!
