A Step Closer
I'm so excited. Today I got my ratio of fat, protein and carbs right. That is a first, since when I restricted so much I barely even deserved a ration. I'm also where I'm eating lots of healthy food but in larger amounts. Thank you for the support guys. Oh, I did the whole calculate my calorie needs but it must have done something odd I typed it all in and then it come up with 1300 cals to LOOSE weight but I put I wanted to gain. Can someone help me out with this????
