okay so true lemon, lime, and orange is soo good! you just add it to your water and then shake, but there are no food colorings or anything. i love em!

but it really helps me drink more water! AND saves me from ahving to pre-cut realy lemons or limes and try to squeeze them into the water bottle!

I love Hungry Girl.  But, I found true lemon before I found hungry girl.  It definitely has helped me drink more water.  I used to keep the lemon and lime shaped containers of juice in the fridge at work, for my water.  But true lemon is more convenient.

Yes - this stuff is fabulous.  I don't go to the gym without a shake of this stuff into my water bottle.  

this may be a stupid question as I've never heard of this stuff, but why don't you just put a slice of lemon, lime or orange in your water?

Well it is crystalized lemon juice or lime or orange, and much more convenient for water bottles. try sqeezing a lemon wedge into a water bottle and not getting it all over your hands! haha.

plus you can't throw lemon wedges in your purse....

I have 2 wide-mouth nalgene's (yeah, I know, that kind of plastic is "bad" now... probably causes cancer... lol) and I've marinated lime/lemon in them more than once... mmmm....

Im a huge fan of free samples and got mine - 1 lime, 1 orange, 2 lemon. 

I put a lemon one in my water and ended up throwing it out.  I expected it to taste like crystal light lemonade (my bad) but I also cant drink straight water so thats probably part of it.  I didnt realize there wouldnt be any sweetness to it nor would it have the full flavor strength of crystal light.

Ive kept the remaining samples, seeing all the ideas on their site but havent tried any. 

** If anyone has tried another use for it and liked it, would love to know before I toss the samples. **
